Before printing, filling out and sending this form with your payment, make sure you have familiarized yourself
with the rules and other information about the 2010 Cape Cod Marathon.

Entry Fee: $50.00 if received by March 31; $60.00 if received from April 1 to June 30; $70.00 if received from July 1 to September 15.
Post-Entry Fee: $80.00 From Sepetmber 16.

For a one-year subscription to New England Runner Magazine, add $19.97 to your entry fee.
