Aid stations are located approximately every 2 miles on the Marathon and Half Marathon courses. Gatorade and water will be available at all stops. There will be a GU gel station at Mile 16 on the marathon course and GU chews at Mile 19.5.
A fully staffed medical team will be at the Start and Finish lines of all races.
1 water and Gatorade station will be available on the 5k course.
Women’s sanitary products will be available at all aid stations

Port-a-john’s can be found at the Lawrence School parking area, Mullen Hall School near the starting corral, and at every aid station along the courses.
